CANcheck CR is a software tool for detecting and diagnosing devices on a CAN bus. It lets you set the CAN discrimination applied to returned messages, so engineers can read the results directly rather than working through raw logs.
Single-function and multi-function tests are both supported, and multi-function testing includes a multi-message sending option. Received CAN messages are converted automatically, and two trend displays plot real-time waveforms from the CAN data. Four freely edited mathematical functions transform raw data instantly and automatically.
The ready-made graphical interface is straightforward to operate. Typical use includes operating and diagnosing lights, windows, dashboards and other vehicle electronic systems and components.
