The DLW-1243 CR is a compact outdoor weather station that combines meteorological sensing with hazardous gas detection in a single moulded housing. It reports wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity alongside CO, CO2 and NH3 readings, making it suited to engineers who need environmental data from one point on site.
Connectivity is provided by an RS-485 port for Modbus RTU and a 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet port with PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1) for Modbus TCP and MQTT. The unit can also be powered from a +12 to +48 VDC terminal block. Its built-in data logger, real-time clock and watchdog timer support unattended operation, and it can be paired with the WISE controller to send alarm notifications.
The housing carries an IP54 rating and mounts on a U-bolt or to a wall. The operating range of -20 to +50 °C suits outdoor installations, and the sensors are specified for measurement ranges that include -40 to +80 ℃ for temperature. Typical deployments include greenhouse climate monitoring, remote pumping stations, port and marine air quality, and industrial exhaust monitoring.
