Produktinformation "I-7510AR Three-Way Isolated RS-422/485 Repeater/Converter"
The I-7510AR CR is a high-speed repeater and converter for RS-422/485 serial networks. It isolates the RS-422/485 port from the power input circuit and from the other interface side, which protects connected devices and helps keep the network stable.
Each unit adds a further 1.2 km (4,000 feet) of transmission distance at speeds up to 115,200 bps. It also lifts the 256-node limit of RS-485 systems, so larger networks can be built. Noise suppression and signal waveform enhancement on the RS-422/485 port support reliable data transfer. The unit converts between four-wire RS-422 and two-wire RS-485 signals, which gives flexibility when reconfiguring a network.
The CR suffix identifies the blue-cover version, as listed in the ordering information. The unit mounts on a DIN rail and operates from +10 VDC to +30 VDC over a temperature range of -25 ~ +75 °C.
