Produktinformation "RPM-D24 Redundant Power Module, 24 VDC Input for RIO-98x0"
RPM-D24 is a 24 VDC power module for the RIO-98x0 redundant I/O system. It feeds the communication and I/O modules of the system and is designed to be fitted in pairs, so the RIO-98x0 can keep running if one power module fails.
A built-in 5A fuse guards the system against over-voltage damage, and reverse polarity protection is included. An LED shows whether the external 24 VDC supply is present and healthy, making it straightforward to confirm power status during commissioning or routine checks.
Suited to engineers specifying a power-redundant RIO-98x0 backbone for building, factory or machine automation, the module also offers EFT and ESD immunity to IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-2.
