TPD-432F-H CR is a compact touch HMI built around a 4.3-inch TFT colour touch screen with 480 x 272 resolution and 65535 colours. It is designed to fit a standard electrical wall-mount outlet, making it a practical choice for replacing mechanical switches with intelligent touch-based control.
Two RS-485 ports, including the Self-Tuner function, let the unit communicate with field devices over Modbus TCP/RTU and DCON. The RTC and buzzer add time-stamping and audible feedback, while a rotary switch and reset button support local interaction. Firmware can be updated through the USB 1.1 Mini-B client port.
Programming is handled with the free HMIWorks development tool, which offers Ladder Designer for PLC-oriented users and a C language environment for those who prefer text-based development. User-defined third-party protocols can also be implemented in C. The unit runs from a +12 ~ 48 VDC terminal block supply and is rated for an operating temperature of -20 ~ +50 °C.
