The XV107A CR is an 8-channel isolated digital I/O expansion board. Its eight inputs are sink-type wet contact channels, and its eight outputs are source-type PNP channels rated for a 10 ~ 40 VDC load. It suits engineers who need to add discrete field signals and switched outputs to a PAC I/O stack, with 3750 VDC intra-module isolation between channels and the rest of the board.
Every input channel can operate as a 32-bit counter, with a maximum count of 0 ~ 4,294,967,285 and a frequency of 50 Hz. Output power-on values are programmable, so each output can be set to a defined state when the module starts. The outputs include overload and short-circuit protection, and the inputs tolerate up to 70 VDC overvoltage.
The board communicates through a single RS-232 port using Modbus/RTU at 115200 bps, data format N, 8, 1. It is powered from the terminal block at 5 VDC, draws 0.45 W maximum, and is specified for operation from -25 ~ +75 °C.
