Produktinformation "ET-2218HS-16 Ethernet I/O Module, 16-ch High-Speed Thermocouple Input"
The ET-2218HS-16 CR is an Ethernet I/O module that brings 16 thermocouple inputs onto a network. Each channel can be configured individually and sampled at up to 100 Hz in Fast Mode, with open wire detection to flag broken sensor circuits. Automatic cold-junction compensation is applied across all channels, so engineers can connect standard thermocouple types without external reference hardware.
A built-in 2-port 10/100 Base-Tx switch with LAN bypass allows modules to be daisy-chained along the network, reducing cabling and switch infrastructure. Configuration is done through the built-in web server, and the module reports data over Modbus TCP/UDP, MQTT and SNMP V2c. Firmware can be updated via Ethernet.
For electrically noisy plants, the module offers EFT, ESD and surge protection and 3000 VDC I/O isolation. It is housed in a metal casing, mounts on DIN-rail or wall, and is rated for -25 ~ +75 °C operation.
