The iSN-713-MRTU-IP68 CR is a vibration sensor module for monitoring equipment condition in harsh industrial settings. Its built-in three-axis MEMS accelerometer measures vibration across X, Y and Z axes, and its IP68 rating protects the housing against water, oil and dust.
Readings are delivered over a single RS-485 port using the Modbus RTU slave protocol. A host or PLC can poll the vibration data with standard Modbus RTU commands, with selectable baud rates from 9600 to 115200 bps and a fixed N, 8, 1 data format. The module suits real-time detection on critical machinery such as production line equipment, motors and pumps.
The unit mounts by wall-mount or magnet adsorption and runs from a +10 ~ +30 VDC supply at 0.3 W. It is rated for an operating temperature of -25 °C ~ +75 °C.
