Produktinformation "FPM-D2440 Field Power Module, 24 VDC Input for iDCS-8000 System"
The FPM-D2440 CR supplies power to the iDCS-8000 system from a 24 VDC input. It provides an isolated 5V output rated at a maximum of 40W for the system, alongside a non-isolated 24V output protected by a 5A fuse limitation.
Galvanic isolation of 1000 VDC is provided between the channels and the backplane bus. Should a high voltage or current fault affect a channel, the backplanes, other modules and the control unit are shielded from the fault. A local LED shows power status, and the module includes reverse polarity protection.
Typical uses include building, factory and machine automation, as well as remote maintenance, remote diagnosis and test equipment. Specified EFT and ESD immunity to IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-2 supports reliable operation in electrically noisy environments.
