Produktinformation "GW-7553-CPM PROFIBUS DP to CANopen Gateway, Plastic Case"
GW-7553-CPM is a PROFIBUS DP-V0 slave gateway that places CANopen devices on a PROFIBUS network. The PROFIBUS master reads and writes the CANopen nodes through the gateway, so existing CANopen equipment can be brought into a PROFIBUS system without replacing it.
The gateway supports the CiA CANopen DS-301 v4.02 standard, with 110 CANopen SDO/PDO commands and the Node Guarding and Heartbeat Consumer protocol. The PROFIBUS transmission rate is detected automatically, the station address is set from 0 to 126 with a DIP switch, and up to 240 bytes of input and 240 bytes of output data are available. Galvanic isolation is provided on both networks, with 3000 VDC on the PROFIBUS side and 2500 Vrms for the high-speed iCoupler network isolation.
Firmware and configuration are handled over RS-232 using the configuration utility software. Status is shown by PWR, RUN and ERR LEDs, and the unit mounts on a DIN-rail.
