M-7002-G CR is a DIN-rail RS-485 I/O module that combines 16-bit analog inputs, digital inputs and relay outputs in one unit. Each of the four differential analog channels can be configured individually for voltage or current ranges, with the input type selected by jumper. It suits engineers who need precise measurement alongside switching control from a single RS-485 node.
The analog channels cover ranges from ±150 mV up to ±10 V and ±20 mA, plus 0 ~ 20 mA and 4 ~ 20 mA. Normal mode samples at 10 Hz with 0.1% of FSR accuracy, while fast mode samples at 60 Hz with 0.5% of FSR. Each analog input is protected against overvoltage up to 240 Vrms, and the module is isolated internally up to 2500 VDC.
The five digital inputs are wet contact, sink or source type, and the four Form A power relays are rated 5 A at 250 VAC or 30 VDC. Modbus RTU and DCON are supported over the RS-485 port at 1200 ~ 115200 bps. The grey cover (-G) identifies this variant of the M-7002 series.
