NS-200AFCS-T bridges a copper Ethernet segment and a single-mode fibre link, letting engineers extend industrial Ethernet networks over distances of up to 30 km. The RJ-45 port handles 10/100 Mbps with auto negotiation and automatic MDI/MDI-X, so it can be connected without concern for cable wiring or port polarity.
The converter uses a store-and-forward architecture with 1024 MAC table entries and IEEE 802.3x flow control. The fibre side uses an SC connector and supports 8.3/125, 8.7/125, 9/125 or 10/125 μm single-mode cable at a wavelength of 1300 or 1310 nm.
Built for control cabinets, it has a plastic housing and a slim profile for DIN-rail mounting. It operates from -30 ~ +75 °C and accepts +12 ~ +48 VDC with reverse polarity protection. The ordering code NS-200AFCS-T CR is the RoHS-compliant version.
