Produktinformation "NS-205PFT PoE Ethernet Switch, 4 x RJ-45 + 1 Multi-mode ST Fiber Port"
The NS-205PFT CR is an unmanaged Ethernet switch that combines four 10/100Base-TX RJ-45 ports with one 100Base-FX multi-mode fibre port terminated in ST connectors. Its four PoE ports operate as power sourcing equipment (PSE), so one central supply can power connected powered devices (PDs) over the same Ethernet cabling. The CR suffix denotes the variant with a +46 VDC to +55 VDC power input.
Each PoE port delivers up to 15.4 W, conforming to IEEE 802.3af, and the switch detects PDs automatically and manages power accordingly. The fibre port supports 100 Mbps links over multi-mode fibre for distances up to 2 km, which keeps the link insulated from electrical noise in the installation.
The switch uses store-and-forward processing with wire-speed switching, IEEE 802.3x flow control and a 1500 Vrms isolation rating. It is housed in a plastic case for DIN-rail mounting, with an operating range of -30 °C to +75 °C.
