The NS-206AFCS-60T CR is an unmanaged Ethernet switch that combines four 10/100Base-TX RJ-45 ports with two 100Base-FX single-mode fibre ports fitted with SC connectors. It suits engineers who need to extend an industrial Ethernet segment over a long fibre run while keeping the copper side simple to connect.
Fibre links are not affected by electrical noise, which helps keep communication stable in electrically busy plant environments. The single-mode fibre option supports a link distance of up to 60 km, with 9/125 μm fibre recommended for full duplex operation.
The switch accepts dual redundant +12 ~ +48 VDC inputs with reverse polarity protection, so it can run from common industrial DC supplies without an external converter. A relay alarm output and a -30 °C ~ +75 °C operating range complete a DIN-rail mounted unit suited to cabinet installation.
