SG-3016-G Strain Gauge Input Signal Conditioner, mV to V/mA Output
Single-channel strain gauge signal conditioner that converts ±10 to ±100 mV inputs to ±5/±10 V, 0~5/0~10 V or 0~20 mA outputs, with 1000 VDC three-way isolation.

SG-3016-G CR is a DIN-rail signal conditioning module that takes a millivolt-level voltage input and delivers a standard voltage or current output for PLCs, data acquisition systems and other control equipment. Input ranges from ±10 mV to ±100 mV can be matched to outputs of ±5 V, ±10 V, 0~5 V, 0~10 V or 0~20 mA through internal configuration switches.
Input, output and power circuits are separated by 1000 VDC three-way isolation, which helps prevent ground loops and protects downstream equipment from interference. An integrated excitation voltage output of 1 to +10 VDC, rated for up to 20 mA, supports bridge-type sensors. Three potentiometers (Zero, Span and Exci) allow the input and output range to be calibrated for accuracy of ±0.1% of full range.
