Produktinformation "SG-3227 2-Channel IEPE Input Signal Conditioner for Vibration Sensors"
SG-3227 CR is a two-channel signal conditioner for IEPE accelerometers. Each channel is set independently through its own DIP-switch bank, so one module can be matched to different sensors without changing hardware.
Excitation current is selectable at 2 mA, 4 mA, 6 mA or 10 mA, and the built-in amplifier offers ×1, ×10 and ×100 gain to suit different signal levels. LED indicators show whether the sensor is operating normally, open circuit or short circuit, which helps locate wiring faults quickly during commissioning and fieldwork.
The module outputs ±10 V analogue voltage on each channel, takes a +18 to +30 VDC supply with reverse polarity protection, and mounts on DIN-rail or wall. Two CA-BNC001 BNC adaptors are included with each unit.
