Produktinformation "tET-P2C2 Tiny Ethernet I/O Module, 2-ch DI and 2-ch NPN Sink DO"
tET-P2C2 CR is a compact Ethernet I/O module for monitoring and switching digital signals over IP. It handles two digital inputs and two open-collector outputs in the NPN sink configuration, and is controlled over a 10/100 Base-Tx network using Modbus TCP, Modbus UDP or MQTT. Its small footprint allows it to be fitted in tight control cabinets or even embedded directly within a machine.
The module can be configured through its built-in web server and can create DI-to-DO pair connections over Ethernet, so the status of a local input can drive a remote output in the background without a host controller in the loop. Inputs support latched operation, 32-bit counting and frequency measurement, while the outputs offer power-on and safe values.
For resilience, the module provides a CPU watchdog that resets the system if the firmware misbehaves, and a host watchdog that moves the outputs to their predefined safe state if the controlling PC or PLC fails. Firmware can be updated over Ethernet, and the unit is powered from a terminal block at +12 to +48 VDC.
