AXP-9191-IoT is a Windows-based programmable automation controller for engineers who want HMI, data acquisition and control in a single compact unit. An Intel Atom E3950 processor, 8 GB DDR4 memory and a 128 GB SSD run Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC (64-bit), so existing Windows software and Universal Windows apps can run side by side.
One local expansion slot accepts I-9K, I-97K and e-9K series I/O modules. Remote I/O can be added through Ethernet I/O modules and RS-485 I/O modules. The front panel provides VGA and HDMI display outputs, a buzzer, a 10-position rotary switch and programmable LEDs for local operator feedback.
Connectivity includes two 10/100/1000M Ethernet ports, two USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0 ports, and isolated COM ports for RS-232 and RS-485. Redundant power inputs with an alarm relay help protect continuous operation, and the unit is rated for DIN-rail or wall mounting with a fanless, CPU heat sink cooling design.
