PC Board
PCIe-MN200 is a PCI Express x1 motion control card for engineers who need to run distributed motion and I/O over Motionnet from a PC. Two independent Motionnet lines on RJ-45 connectors let one card drive a network of slave modules for coordinated axis control and remote signal handling in machine automation.Beyond the serial network, the card provides parallel I/O on its own connector, with 8 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs for direct, low-latency switching. The digital inputs accept 12-24 V signals in either NPN or PNP wiring, and both input and output channels are isolated to 3000 Vrms. An optional quadrature encoder input adds support for a linear scale or manual pulse generator.Software support covers Windows 11, Windows 7 and 10 in 32 and 64-bit editions, and Windows XP and 2000 in 32-bit. Development is possible with VC, VB and BCB, and the EzGo Utility is supplied for configuration.ApplicationsMachine automationDistributed motion control of multi-axis equipmentPositioning, zero return and multi-axis interpolationDistributed remote I/O for PC-based control systems
PISO-MN200 CR is a 32-bit/33 MHz PCI master card that drives two Motionnet serial lines from a single host PC. It suits machine automation projects that need distributed motion control and remote I/O on one bus, with up to 128 slave modules across both lines. Each Motionnet line can run distributed I/O or motion control. In I/O-only use, the card exchanges signals with up to 2048 points on 64 local devices within 0.97 msec. For motor control, it can manage up to 64 axes for continuous positioning, zero return and multi-axis interpolation. The card also provides 8 parallel digital inputs and 4 parallel digital outputs for fast, direct I/O alongside the serial network.Setup is handled through the EzGO Utility, and the Windows drivers support VC, VB and BCB development. The CR ordering code is the RoHS-compliant version with RJ-45 Motionnet connectors. Check the Motionnet cable length limits against your chosen transfer speed and slave count before installation.ApplicationsMachine automationDistributed motion controlDistributed I/O controlMulti-axis positioning and interpolation
Dual-line Motionnet master for distributed control in PCs. The PISO-MN200EC installs in a universal 32-bit/33 MHz PCI slot and drives two Motionnet lines, each supporting up to 64 slave modules, for a total of 128. Communication runs at 2.5, 5, 10 or 20 Mbps, selected in software.Use one line for remote I/O or both lines for motion. On an I/O-only line the card exchanges signals with up to 2048 points across 64 local devices within 0.97 msec. On a motion line it controls up to 64 axes, covering continuous positioning, zero return and multi-axis interpolation.Alongside the Motionnet connections, the card provides parallel I/O with 8 input channels (12-24 V, NPN or PNP) and 4 output channels (NPN or PNP), each isolated to 3000 Vrms. An optional quadrature encoder input is available for linear scales or manual pulse generators. The EzGO Utility is supplied to help set up and tune the system.ApplicationsMachine automationDistributed motion controlDistributed I/O controlMulti-axis positioning and interpolation
PISO-MN200T is a 32-bit/33 MHz PCI master card for PC-based machine automation. It drives two Motionnet serial lines, so one card can manage up to 128 slave modules (64 per line), combining distributed motion control with distributed I/O from a single host. Each Motionnet line runs at 2.5, 5, 10 or 20 Mbps, selected in software. Cable length depends on speed and node count, with a maximum of 100 m at 20 Mbps with 32 slaves and 50 m at 20 Mbps with 64 slaves. On I/O-only duty, one line can exchange signals with 2048 points across 64 local devices within 0.97 msec. On motion duty, it can control up to 64 axes, supporting continuous positioning, zero return and multi-axis interpolation. The card also provides 8 parallel digital inputs (12-24 V, NPN or PNP) and 4 parallel digital outputs (NPN or PNP) with 3000 Vrms isolation for direct local I/O. The CR ordering code denotes the variant supplied with a terminal block. Software support covers Windows 11 64-bit, Windows 7/10 32/64-bit and Windows XP/2000 32-bit, with VC, VB and BCB development options and the EzGo Utility for set-up and tuning.ApplicationsMachine automationDistributed motion controlDistributed I/O controlMulti-axis positioning and interpolation
