Produktinformation "I-7188E2D-MTCP-G Palm-sized Modbus TCP to RTU Gateway, RS-232/RS-485"
The I-7188E2D-MTCP-G is a programmable gateway that brings serial devices onto Ethernet. It offers one 10BASE-T RJ-45 port alongside RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports, and can act as a Modbus TCP to RTU gateway so that Modbus TCP clients such as SCADA and HMI software can reach RTU-based equipment.
Built around an 80188-40 CPU with 512 KB flash and 384 KB SRAM, the unit runs ICP DAS MiniOS7 and is programmed in C using the supplied software development tool kit. XServer and Modbus libraries are provided for building custom serial-to-Ethernet logic, with a 5-digit 7-segment LED display, a programmable LED indicator and a built-in watchdog timer for status and reliability.
The -G suffix identifies the gray cover version. The unit is specified for a +10 to 30 VDC supply, -25 to +75 °C operation and DIN-rail mounting in a compact 72 x 112 x 33 mm housing.
