XW107i CR is an XW-board expansion module that adds 8 isolated digital inputs and 8 isolated digital outputs to a compatible PAC. It is intended for the uPAC-5000, LP-51xx and WP-51xx series, and each PAC accepts only one XW-board.
The digital inputs are wet-contact type, with ON levels from +10 VDC to +50 VDC and an OFF level of +4 VDC maximum. Sink or source operation is selected by jumper, and each input channel is isolated to 3750 VDC with 60 VDC overvoltage protection. The outputs are open-collector, sink-type (NPN) channels rated for 10 to 40 VDC loads at 200 mA per channel at 25 °C, with 3750 VDC isolation and 1.4 A overload protection.
The board draws 0.4 W and measures 66 mm x 82 mm x 17 mm (W x L x H). It operates from -25 to +75 °C and stores from -30 to +75 °C, at 10 to 95% RH non-condensing. Certifications listed for this ordering code are CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE.
