Single-channel signal conditioner that converts a 4 ~ 20 mA current input into a PWM output with 0 to 100% duty cycle, with frequency set by push buttons and shown on an LCD.

The tSG-3781B takes one 4 ~ 20 mA DC current signal and maps it linearly onto a PWM output, so a current loop can drive equipment that expects a pulse-width signal. The PWM duty cycle spans 1 to 100%, and the output runs in continuous mode from a source-type stage.
Output frequency is adjustable between 600 Hz and 800 Hz using the setting buttons on the bottom side of the module. A monochrome graphics LCD with a 26 x 26 mm viewing area shows the current duty cycle and frequency.
The module is rated for a +10 ~ +30 VDC supply with reverse polarity protection, operates from -25 ~ +75 °C, and mounts on DIN-rail or wall. It is a suitable choice for building heating and ventilation control and for servo-assisted diaphragm valve actuation.
