The AIB-2941M/S1 CR is an edge AI controller for engineers who need on-site inference alongside conventional I/O. It ships with a Hailo 8 Lite AI accelerator rated at 13 TOPS, so AI workloads run locally on a compact, fanless unit rather than in a remote data centre. Supported frameworks include TensorFlow, TensorFlow Lite, Keras, PyTorch and ONNX, and the Hailo RT Rev. 4.19 runtime is pre-installed.
The controller is built around a quad-core Cortex-A72 64-bit SoC running at 1.5GHz, with 4GB LPDDR4 SDRAM and 32GB of on-board eMMC storage. Two 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports, two RS-485 ports with 2500 VDC isolation and four USB ports (two USB 2.0, two USB 3.0) provide connectivity to field devices and networks.
Digital I/O comprises two isolated wet-contact inputs and two isolated open-collector outputs. An HDMI port supports 4Kp60 output, and an optional expansion slot accepts XV, XB or eXV boards. The metal casing is rated for -20 ~ +70 °C and can be fitted to a DIN rail or wall.
