VP-4239-CE7-1500 is a 10.4-inch InduSoft ViewPAC that brings controller, operator panel and keypad into a single front-panel unit. It is built around a Cortex-A8 CPU running at 1 GHz under Windows CE 7.0, with an 800 x 600 touch display and a six-key rubber keypad for local operation.
The unit has three slots for high-profile I/O modules, so it can be configured for local signal handling alongside the HMI. Communications include one RJ-45 10/100/1000Base-TX Ethernet port, one non-isolated RS-232 port, one 2500 VDC isolated RS-485 port and three USB connectors. The InduSoft Web Studio Runtime is pre-installed, and the -1500 designation indicates the 1500-tag version of the InduSoft licence.
Suited to engineers who want HMI, SCADA-style supervision and control in one compact device rather than a separate IPC and PLC, the unit has a front panel rated IP65, an operating range of -20 °C to +70 °C and a 10 VDC to 30 VDC power input.
